They pick up my trash, but their billing department is horrible. On Sept. 25th, I changed my autopayment. Instead of deducting on the next scheduled payment date, it deducted right then. I called them right away, they told me they refunded me. I called the next day since I didn't see it and was told to wait until next Friday. They told me it takes 3 days to refund then my bank has to accept it. It sounded weird because banks accept it the second they receive it so why I needed to wait over a week made no sense. I called the next Friday since it still hadn't been deposited. The woman who I talked to told me they sent it via check and that could actually take up to 4 weeks. I told her to cancel it because all my bills would have gone through so it wouldn't matter at that point. She told me she cancelled it. I look in my account today, about a week later, and I get my refund that I really did not want. Ridiculous.

I own a roofing company and one of the crews went to dump the trailer. First of all, they charged him $611! That is insane for a dump trailer when the hutto landfill is $3-350(which is still expensive compared to other large cities). Then they gave him a sticky note with the price hand written on it and would only accept cash! Something is seriously crooked about the whole transaction! As the owner of a company how in the world am I supposed to accept a sticky note with a price hand written on it as a receipt? What would the next trailer be charged that drives in to dump something? No weight calculations or anything! Then to only accept cash? Crooked as can be in my opinion. Their phone is busy like it is off the hook when trying to call them as well!

I strongly advise not doing business with Waste Management due to the fact that they can and will increase your invoice amount without you being able to cancel. Trying to cancel almost takes legal intervention plus a dumpster pickup fee. They can record phone conversations but hang up if you say you want to record it. I gave 1 star because driver service is excellent (and i had to for posting)!

In the last 3 months my trash cans are thrown in the ditch, highway, and in the middle of the driveway. I complained and then my trash started being dumped over at night. Then my trash stopped getting picked up. The driver says my trash is not present when my cans are always at the road and I take my trash to them. I have filed several complaints and spoke with a supervisor who was very rude to me. A very disappointing experience.

East place to drop off boxes. You have to flatten them and drive to the back where the trailer is. Back up to it and toss your boxes in. I never see anyone around. Just dump and go.

Don’t go to this place! $400 for household trash on a 16’ trailer that wasn’t completely full.. Use the transfer station at the very end of 1431 in Llano county by black rock. $40 a yard there and he takes cash. I took a 24” gooseneck full of trash for $150. Way cheaper

Only lazy when they do not get out of the dump truck when if there is a bag laying by the dumpster. They just leave it there.
