The nurses were lovely people and the Dr was fine to us but they are severely understaffed and unless you are a reoccurring patient, they could care less about your time and whatnot. They should close the office at noon for lunch because they are avoiding patients to stuff their faces. As the first in the lobby, on time, we should have been the first to see the Dr. But we waited an entire hour in a room just to be seen by Dr. Weiss. They need more workers and less patients. And a lunch hr. One of the most unprofessional appointments, I've ever been to. And I wasn't even the patient.

Please be aware of the background of Dr. Gary Weiss. There are quite a few newspaper articles and reports by a news station about how he mistreats female patients (22 women to date) one death due to misreading his own MRI results due to NOT having a certified radiologist on staff and reading the films himself thus not being able to correctly diagnose a disease then prescribed a medication as treatment and ultimately killed a female patient . He no longer has a license in Vail, CO but is practicing in Fl. Dr. Newberry was not able to be located along with a nurse whose name was in a chart at TRADITIONS HOSPITAL/CLEVELAND CLINIC when trying to be reached by this hospital. Newberry’s name and a false statement appear in the file but it cannot be explained why he wasn’t even a treating doctor at the time . Supposedly Dr. Newberry and Dr. Weiss also treat patients at JFK HOSPITAL but these hospitals are not listed by the doctors themselves on their own private website. Nowhere on their website do they list these two hospitals as places they have privileges or are on call . Traditions was unable to explain how Dr. Michael J Newberry’s name appeared in the private patient chart . Considering the background of Weiss this should be a concern…… PATIENT BEWARE !!! GET A SECOND DIAGNOSIS AND OBTAIN A COMPLETE MEDICAL RECORD OF ANY AND ALL TREATMENT BY THEM ……

Prescription was supposed to be sent off yesterday and now it’s a new day and they left early for a holiday and still no prescription. I’ve never felt so undervalued in a doctors office before in my life. This place has to do better. I need to find a more caring doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr Weiss and his NP Lana for over 10 years… They are always kind and compassionate have treated all of my issues with empathy and understanding... the staff is always kind and welcoming yes there may be long waits sometimes but the wait is well worth it. Fantastic service, probably the best doctors for neurology in Brevard in my opinion Lana has been a lifesaver she is absolutely amazing!!!

I just texted on here and I don't see it? I gave him one star and I normally would have given him 4 as I have been his patient for over a decade,but this time he knew I was having convulsions and severe Benzo withdrawal symptoms,said it might be stiff person syndrome,when I have agoraphobia,tinnitus,severe head pressure and other symptoms as outlined in the Aston manual! Was going to call the Mayo clinic about me and get back to me,and have not heard from him and am very disappointed so if he does help me I will give him 4 stars!

Love the staff and doc, but expect long waits. Also there perscription writing process is a mess, they forget to send the scripts to the pharmacy about 40% of the time, I've actually waited 5 days to get one done, as I write this they r a day late and counting.
