Very helpful staff. AND they actually have stock!! none of this ,"we can order it for you", madness that I run into at the big box stores. They had everything I needed to complete the project. The prices were reasonable too.

The new Asian guy who works over the counter is the worst. He's lied to me on multiple occasions and closes the store down before their official closing time of 4:30. Even when I told him I desperately needed a part and will be swinging by in a few minutes, he intentionally shut the store down even though it was several minutes before the posted closing time. Another customer pulled in around the same time and he was visibly frustrated with this employee shutting down the store early as well. Bicounty irrigation lost a customer today because of this terrible employee.

Forget customer service, that was a poor human to human interaction and a definite loss at the chance to make money. Also cut throat return policy. But they do have stuff, two star.

Great help, always know their stuff, fast in and out. They have been able to answer all our needs in setting up field sprinklers on trees and converting our yard sprinklers. When I leave I am still smiling!!
