Excellent store, I bought an open box 2023 HP laptop through them for my sister. And it Work excellent. The employee was quick enough for book device for us. At the time of pick up everything was ready for us at a Geek-squad Counter which they also setup the laptop for us according to our needs of use. Thanks so much!! Appreciate your customer service and support to the community.

Walked in today to decide on a sound bar. I was greeted by a young man. He showed me various sound bars and gave me a few sound demos. He answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable. He helped me make a good decision. Very good employees at this location.

One of the worst experience I had and would not recommend anyone to shop @ Oakville store.

I ordered a phone for pickup during the black Friday deal. They confirmed my order but didn't provide any details. So, I called their customer care to get more details and they informed me that the item is not yet shipped and assured me it's not gonna cancel as I was already near Oakville. When I went there to pick it up, they say the order is cancelled by just saying the authorization failed. When I asked them to allow me to get the same phone they have, the executive said it's not her job and she has other work. When I asked her to find someone who could help us, she said she can't do that as she has other work to day. When I went to the phone section and asked an executive they said they are closed and legit asked us to leave the store.

So, I called the customer care and asked to connect to the supervisor and they denied my request again.

Had the worst experience at this store. I ordered a gaming laptop on 30th Nov and choose an option to pick up from the store on 3rd December. There was no update from my carrier so i decided to visit the store to cancel the order and modify it to get someone else which is available in the store at the moment. Reaching there i had a word with the store incharge Sultani who not only gave no solutions to my problem but also blamed me for putting an online order( which was done through an associate in store) , he pointed out how it was my choice to order the product and they didn't force me to buy that specific product ( which wasn't in thier stock in the first place) and be can neither cancel nor modify this order now and i have to bear the consequences for thier lack of professionalism , disregarding thier customer.My order is stuck now and Best buy has turned it's back on its own customer. This is the kind of behaviour you get from a renowned store in a developed country.

I am specifically bothered by the unprofessionalism of Mr. Sultani because i had a long conversation with him regarding this issue. If a senior level person is like that in this store then i wonder how other associates must be.

I strongly encourage each and every one of you to not let them take you and your hard earned money for granted.

I am also gonna be sharing my experience amongst my colleagues, friends and family regarding this store and how they operate.

Only visit the store if you are buying something. I waited in line for over 40 minutes and Sultani (Employee of best buy ) asked me the purpose of visit after telling him that I am here to see if there are any price drops for the purchase I made last week. He then picked a lady behind me and assisted her because she was here to get a new device . I got a phone last week from Talha and he was very nice but this guy seems like a team lead or manager but does not respect the time of a person standing in line and just wanted to go after sales not the customer service.

I hope i get his name correct. Saif from the cellphone department. Helped me purchase a new pixel pro fold. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond his scope of work. You don’t see this ever often anymore. Thank you for helping me 🙂 I will never electronics online anymore and come to this Best Buy location.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never ever purchase an appliance from this store. Everyone is just unprofessional. I went to purchase a fridge for $2000 on October.30th, explained the urgency of my situation and they were able to give me a next day delivery date.The next day I stayed home from work just to have the delivery drivers refuse to deliver the item because my house has stairs smh. I didn't know they could not deliver appliances because of stairs. These are questions they should ask before selling an appliance and better prepare themselves for the job or I would have taken my money elsewhere to a company who would deliver. Now I have to spend the next 5 days ordering food, for 5 children until they can deliver my appliance. This is such bullshit, these people have no consideration. Do not waste your time.
