My husband recently became unable to climb up the stairs in our 2 story house and we needed a stairlift. United Access (and Joe Spallino-Adaptive equipment Sales) on South Decatur Blvd sold us a curved stairlift (manufactured by Bruno). We have 2 landings on the stairs and the curved lift was the best choice for us. It took a while to make it because of the exact shape needed but the installation took less than 2 hours. Joe and his helper did a wonderful job and we’re so happy with it. We feel it’s very safe and is very easy to use. Joe and United Access were very professional and time estimates and questions answered were all honest. Thank you Joe for a job very well done.

My wife and I recently rented a wheelchair accessible van from United Access in Las Vegas that we drove to Lake Havasu for my daughter’s wedding. From our first communication with Charmaine, she made the process of picking up and returning the van straightforward and was a pleasure to deal with.
As a long time, spinal cord wheelchair user having the wheelchair van with a ramp was much easier than transferring for an into a regular car or SUV and then having my wife put my wheelchair in the back. During the days that we rented the van the outside temperature was over 100 degrees so without the wheelchair van and using a different rental car would’ve been miserable.
My wife commented that the van drove very well and the air conditioning worked very well despite the extreme heat. We were happy with our decision to rent from United Access, and I highly recommend using them for other wheelchair users.

We have had a wonderful pleasure renting with Ability Center since March 2019. All the staff is professional and very nice and thoughtful and Charmaine is our RockStar! She always makes me feel so valued when we call for rentals with great conversation and mainly remembering my name and they have better rental pricing than other places... we checked. So now that we’ve officially moved to Vegas this past June it’s time to purchase a van for my brother and working with Bob has been great, keeping us up to date to locate us a good van at a good price, waiting for it to arrive this week and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else but Ability Center.

My elderly dad recently had to replace his scooter lift after another driver hit it in a motor vehicle accident. Jeff was the technician who handled the job. I was beyond impressed when a billing mistake caused a discrepancy between the check received from the insurance company and the amount due. Jeff immediately took ownership and rather than further distress my dad with trying to resolve the payment with the insurance company he ‘ate’ the mistake. That is truly customer service that is rarely seen anymore. Both me and my dad were very grateful for this kind gesture right before the holidays.
